When communities “Shavei Tzion” and “Netzer Ha-Galil” just beginning their service, we set ourselves two simple goals: to bring the truth to people and feed the hungry. When we prayed about how to participate in the needs of Israeli society, many of us have received the word of God: “feed the hungry”.
The generation of those who lived through the horrors of the Holocaust is a very precious group of elderly Jewish people. They are truly unique. Having survived ghettos and concentration camps, they have fears of the past that are still fresh in their memories.
We launched our art school Keshet Tzlilim (“The rainbow of sounds” in Hebrew) in 2010 under the umbrella of Return to Zion congregation. From the very beginning, the target of the project has been pretty simple: if we believe in the physical and spiritual restoration of Israel, we must also believe in its cultural restoration.
Haifa Theological Institute (HTI) was established in 2009 through a joint effort of five Messianic congregations in Haifa, Northern Israel. Mid-July 2011, Return to Zion took the responsibility for running the institute. The vision being to provide a response to the lack of extensive teachings on subjects such as Jewish history, church history, messianic theology and training in practical ministry skills for local ministries.
Through Oasis Media TV we are able to sow the seeds of faith in the God of Israel and Yeshua the Messiah. Due to the fact that our studio was ready for full-fledged online work, even a strict quarantine during the 2020-2021 pandemic could not stop the Word from Zion. Our services were broadcast every Shabbat, even at a time when it was impossible to hold services in the hall with people. The Oasis Media YouTube channel has already received more than 5 million views.
