On December 26, the co-workers in our children’s ministry (of Messianic Congregation Return to Zion) organized for children a wonderful event and training to educate them about the holiday of lights – Hanukkah. The kids, together with the Sabbath School teachers, had the chance to practice baking and decorating donuts, crafting related to the theme, and sketches and songs for the Hanukkah celebration, which has been held on December 30th. Afterwards the children and their teachers went on an excursion to the Israeli dairy factory “Strauss.” There they learned how to make yogurts, as well as milk shakes, and tasted them.
